Is there a damage deposit fee?
-There is a fee for damage which is to be paid prior to the date of the event. We require 25% of the final invoice {a minimum of $25}. This fee will be returned when all items have been returned without irreparable damage. We may be required to keep only a part of the fee to cover costs and depending on the severity of the damage we may be required to keep it all. Clients will be notified if the fee needs to be kept. If everything comes back clear, the fee will be returned within 7-10 business days. For very large items such as backdrop, arches,etc., please note; you may be required to pay the entire cost of replacement if the damage is irreparable.

How do i book with you?
-Contact us through our page and leave us your name, email, date of event and let us know what you're interested in.

When does everything need to be paid up & is there a deposit to hold our date?
-Everything must be paid up 2 days prior to the event, including the damage deposit. There is no deposit to hold your date - If you've confirmed that you'd like to use our products and services that's all the confirmation we need.

Do you carry plates, wine glasses and/or cutlery?
-We do not carry any of these items but we would recommend checking out the Lethbridge Seniors Citizens Association. They carry everything from coffee cups, wine glasses, dinner plates & more and are reasonably priced!

Delivery & Pickup:
-Pickup for any rented items is in Picture Butte. A delivery charge will be added to meet or drop off items elsewhere. This charge includes getting the items to you as well as returning the items. Charges are as follows:
Nobleford - $25
Coalhurst - $25
Lethbridge & Coaldale & Monarch - $40
Fort Macleod - $50
